Primary Duties & Responsibilities: • Ensure that the construction contracts and deliverables meet the company’s objectives in terms of time, cost, and quality. • Manage the development of the project execution plan and the project schedule, conducting weekly construction meetings with the Stakeholders to monitor the work progress and ensure that the project is on track. • Project planning and responsible for overall execution of activities required. • Following an appropriate project management methodology. • Ensuring the project conforms to authorities’ requirements and conditions. • Leading the project team to meet the project’s objectives and oversee tasks and progress. • Leading diverse project teams, both face to face and remotely. • Remove impediments to the Team’s progress. • Practice and facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders. • Accountable for managing risks, dependencies, and escalating issues where appropriate. • Communicate with the involved parties to move the projects towards their defined goals. • Manage all contractual quality standards. • Ensure the project close-out process is completed.
