• Job Details:1- Responsible for overall maintenance in the hall plant including manufacturing and building services 2- Make sure that all Preventive & Corrective maintenance schedules are carried out in time and correct as planned 3- Establish comprehensive corrective maintenance system - make Cm work order. - establish Cm policy procedures between the maintenance and the other departments. - make daily machines backlog. - make monthly corrective plan. - measure weekly, monthly KPIS 4-Establish comprehensive time base maintenance system - make the machine list with the coding system. - make smart maintenance programs and check lists for the machines. - make annual, monthly and weekly plan. - make the maintenance instructions. - make monthly improvement plan. - Implementing break down maintenance. - Implementing preventive maintenance. 5-Make deals with sales engineers for spare parts. 6-Make sure that the equipment works with the minimum operation & maintenance cost with high efficiency by reducing the failure time & waste materials. 7-supervise the processing of each equipment & make sure that operators work correctly. 8-Take part in making decision of new machines contract. 9-Responsible for implementing the TPM project -5s projects -kaizen projects 10-Implementing continuous improvement projects like as - Single minute exchange die "SMED" projects to decrease setup and adjustment down time. - MTTR projects, make reverse engineering for mechanisms to decrease the down time. 11-Troubleshoot, repair, modify existing equipment and Identify cost reductions & process improvements. 12-Managing maintenance technicians and providing necessary training for them. 13-Leading & collaborating overseas projects.

Mechanical maintenance EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:1- Installing New Factory of Refrigerators old & new Machines including (production lines, testing lines, thermoforming machines, foaming machines (dry part& wet part), metal roll forming machines). 2- Any kind of mechanical maintenance activities covering all machinery and equipment with auxiliary facilities. 3- Managing spare parts, determining the needs, monitoring and supplying. 4- predictive maintenance, preventive, corrective maintenance activities according to company objectives and planning the maintenance activities for factory shut-down(revision) periods. 5- Installation of Air conditioning assembly and testing lines and make operation instruction for production DEP. 6- Installation of new machines in the old factory (roll forming – thermoforming – foaming machines). 7- Make a wiring diagrams and maintenance procedures for the old machines that don’t have manuals. 8- Prepare a budget for spare parts. 9- Establish Spare Parts Store by describing, labelling and categorizing. 10- Assure that all the team respects the factory rules and procedures. 11- Defines the needed training for the team to meet the business needs. 12- Preparing shifts, follow up team attendance, and control team over time.
