Recruitment

Is the Local Ambassador for the Global Employee Surveys.
• Is the process owner for conducting employee surveys and supports management in communication efforts
• Offers support and information for MENA managers and employees
• Consults Management on the outcome of GES
• Gives support on making an action plan – together with Management
• Provides training/workshops to employees based on results of EES (When relevant)
• Updates and maintains the follow up tool

Organization behavior & Employee Retention
• Is responsible for coordinating trainings and meetings that ensures proper communication within the company including, integrity & compliance, General meetings between staff and Managing Director, Knowledge sharing meetings ( GfK Orange Time)
• Is responsible for coordinating retention activities according to budget and business needs.
• Understands the culture and values of employees at local level
• Develops HR initiatives designed to attract and retain staff
• Implements together with management team retention activities.

• Developing an in-house salary survey.
• Designing and implementing pay scale of different function groups
• Preparing and negotiating offers with potential candidates.

• Assists and advises employees and managers regarding leave management and HR procedures and policies within the specified guidelines.

Administration
• For HR related topics provides administrative support in the preparation of correspondence, reports, schedules, and various employee issues.

• Preparation of employment contracts and following up on contract renewals
• Coordinate and handling medical insurance between company service provider and employee.

Training
