• Job Details: Project Management  Meeting the clients and gather the requirements.  Preparing the moods & the color schemes and Layouts of Furniture & Playground Equipment Distribution.  Negotiating prices with Business Leads.  Pricing and Cost Analysis.  Prepare offers for clients and job orders to the factory.  Revising Contracts and Purchase Orders for initiated projects.  Coordinate between factory and technical office, productivity and meeting Clients’ requirements and deadlines.  Responsible for import & export of different components whether from/to our partner companies or by searching for new ones.  Go through the whole process of import/export including follow up with shipping companies and agents for custom clearance and pick up.  Implementing the new ACI Code Systems for Importation & Customs.  Manage import & export process and verified compliance with Egypt import laws and customs regulations.  Tracking inventory and deliverables.  Distributing the work between the technical office engineer team and monitoring their performance and meeting shop drawings deadline.  Coordinating projects productivity, pricing, budgeting, submittals, and deliveries.

Senior Retail & Supply Chair CoordinatorFull Time

• Job Details: Managing inventory of Showroom, preparing reports, and supervising sales staff.  Quotations to Clients and Suppliers Purchase Orders.  Financial statement of All Brands & Following up Payments.  Cost control and budgeting of all imported Furniture (FF&E)  Logistics and shipping of Material, from the suitable shipping method, required documents, following up with shipping agent and custom brokers till coordinating deliveries with stores.  Status Reports of Orders & Shipping Log.  Submitting the Foreign companies’ papers to be registered in the General Organization For Export & Import Control (GOEIC).  Showroom Supervision, Meeting Clients and discuss their selection.
