• Job Details:o Responsible for recruitment & selection process; draft job vacancies advertisements, Attracting, Interviewing and Selection of best candidates. o Set salaries & grades for selected candidates as per the company’s salary scale and benefit bands. o Negotiating the offer with the selected candidates and explaining in details the benefits associated with the position. o Supervising all the departments work performance to make sure of achieving the monthly target. o Setting the Company’s policy and rules for each department. o Handling the monthly time sheets and finger print of the employees. o Coordinating between our clients and the operation team to ensure the working performance quality. o Handling the invoices of our clients coordinating with the accounting team. o Handling the payroll of our employees and freelancers. o Handling the social insurance of our employees (form1, form6) and submitting the annual and semi-annual form 2 to the social insurance’s office. o Handling the employees training and supervising their work performance to set their monthly KPIs. o Handling the Exit interviews with the resigned employees to get their positive feedbacks and weak points as well to sustain our healthy working environment. o Assisting the CEO in scheduling the meetings with other companies for getting more deals and partnerships.
