• Job Details: Prepared Credit Proposal Memorandums (CPMs) that present the proposed facility package and the associated terms & conditions after receiving client request from coverage  Analyzed the client's financial statements for a minimum of 3 years in terms of financial ratios for profitability, liquidity, leverage and other aspects of performance  Forecasted client's future financial performance based on different assumptions to monitor ability of repayment of medium term exposure and tenor  Researched financial, economic and industrial factors that would affect the client or the bank, including the preparation of comprehensive studies for each sector  Attended meetings between the client and the bank in which the client's performance, requests and updates are discussed and negotiated  Developed industry reports/ comparative figures for QNB clients in same sector  Organized credit files and regularly update them to include latest financials, CBE & Credit Information Reports, recent Commercial Register in addition to all necessary documents
