• Job Details:-Supervision on Mall works like As-mould fountain, landscape of the entire park, 150 meter long retaining wall, and buildings for the mall with their finishes and MEP, cladding and their fit-out works, water tank and electric room. - Preparing design and shop drawings and approve permanent works existed or added to the contract. - Reviews and approves the monthly payments of the contractor’s invoices, the project schedule, the time and cost impact of variation orders. - Contacts management and responding to letters pertained to contractual issues. - Quantity surveying for all works executed by the contractor. - Ensures that all project documents are properly recorded and stored.

Site Civil engineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Solved many site conflicts between the engineer , the contractor and the greek owner - Revising and approving shop drawings and BOQs submitted by the contractor - Revising and approving contractor’s invoices - Solving many claims submitted by the contractor

Site finishing engineerFull Time

• Job Details:-Monitored, updated and reported the progress of all the properties. - Monitored progress on site by existing site office. - Handling extra works and variations between the owner and contractor.
