  • Job Details:Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Responsible for the daily administration and operation of the warehouse. Oversee that materials are received, stored, shipped, accounted for and reported in accordance with established procedures, and handling in racked warehouses ( Capacity 62,000 pallets positions ) 43,000 sq m warehouse space . • Ensures operations are conducted as per the SOP's (Standard Operations Procedures) and the IMS (Inventory Management System) procedures in place and reports on any deviations with suggestions, if any, to the Warehouse manager. • Directs and supervises warehouse staff. • Supervise and participate in taking physical inventories. • Maintains warehouse documentation and records. • Promotes safety and ensures preventive maintenance is undertaken on the MHE's and the infrastructure is utilized optimally. • Provides adequate root cause analysis and root cause analysis for inspection reports raised by the QC team and reports accidents / incidents and follows up on quotes required for submitting insurance claims. • Ensuring the quality and inventory accuracy verifying through QC and SC records. • Takes the lead for fire drills and evacuation plans in the absence of the warehouse manager . • Tasks such as co-mingling, moves, inventory accuracy . • Working with different types of warehouses as (Industrial,FMCG, food products, raw material, garment). • Implementing 24 customer Requirements(Procter & Gamble -Gillette Egypt Distribution ,LG , MAF, IFF ,CHIPSY,MACRO,LANDMARK, RASHED ,SENYORETA , HERO ,REXAM ,AGI ,FINE, MARKS &SPENSER, PHAROS, TOYES ARE US ,MAKKA, OSN(Global Direct TV - Showtime) ,CLUB ALDO, SEKO ,KH... FOR TRADING, BEYTI , EL BARDY PAPE ,Universal, Alshaya Egypt , Al Kawthar For Import & Export co. , IKEA ) and Implement KPIs.

  • Job Details:• Reviews and assigns the delegated tasks for the day, received by the Shift Supervisor onto the Warehousemen. • Reverts with suggestions, on any probable clashes and evinced constraints in schedule to the Shift Supervisor. • Provides back up for the Shift Supervisor in the event of his non availability (prolonged or brief) in matters of coordination with the Scheduler, the Warehouse Manager and Ops Cell. • Interacts with the drivers, should further verification of their credentials and the shipment, be required. Reviews their documents for anomalies. • Monitors the warehousemen activities minutely and ensures capture of time taken and staff involved per transaction and SKU as the case may be. Provides detailed report on this to the Shift Supervisor on the TOS. • Ensures operations are conducted as per the SOP’s and the IMS Procedures in place and reports on any deviations with suggestions, if any, to the Shift Supervisor. • Ensures preventive maintenance is undertaken on the MHE’s under his purview. Supervises and delegates housekeeping tasks regularly for optimum space utilization. • Guides and motivates the personnel under his control for performance. • Coordinates and supports the Shift Supervisor in administrative tasks of his team. • Coordinates with the Stock Control Team for resolving discrepancies and non conformities.
