• Due diligence of all documents/contracts/purchase requisitions/purchase orders/e mails forwarded to CNO for approvals by ensuring that all company mandated policies/procedures have been adopted.

• Summarizes information in a meaningful manner for quick decision making.

• Performs research on areas of health care projects/topics as mandated by the CNO.

• Schedules daily, weekly, monthly meetings in coordination with external & internal stake holders; maintains minutes & follow up on decisions taken.



• Keep track of Nursing Office departmental Key performance indicators and activate quality improvement projects.

• Archives all documents/files related to the management of CNO office.

• Assists the Top Management/ Human Rescores/ Guest relations/ Purchasing/ Marketing/ Medical Team as the CNO representative.

• Assists CNO to ensure 50 hrs of in – service training annually to all departments, development and regular assessment of staff.

• Assists CNO in community relations by being his representative in attending internal & external meetings/events.

• Fosters team spirit by listening to and attending the needs of the managers; developing cooperative relationship with all departments.

• Follow up all the nursing department activities.
