• Job Details:• Review all agreements with vendors (local& International) • Review daily reports: o From A/R Accountant for All Stores Transactions o From A/P Accountant for purchasing Goods o From Treasury Accountant Any Cash Payments o From Bank Accountant and All Cheques Issues and Withdrawal • Prepare Monthly Closing • Prepare Financial Statement Monthly: o Balance Sheet As per Store o Income Statement o Cash flow Statement • Prepare Monthly Tax Plan (Vat & Withholding & payroll and Income tax) • Plan, Study, and collect data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor. • Make recommendations regarding the accounting of reserves, assets, and expenditures • Deal With Bank for: o Facilities, LG and LC o Time Deposits o POS (Point of Sales) o Import & Export Process • Prepare Monthly Cost Calculations • Prepare Budget for New Stores (decoration Cost/ SM) and also Goods Allocation/SM as well as support GM regarding financial decisions. • Estimate Cost for Short Term Plan for New Stores • Leading the Accounting team.
