• Job Details:• Lead the formulation of customer service operations solutions; provide support to projects • Working as an integrated business partner to build strong and effective interdepartmental relationships • Act as the main point of contact with external call centers • Facilitate effective communication channels throughout the operational area • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Customer Service team • Responsible for monthly reporting to the Head of Project Management and Operations • Oversee and review customer service work • Plan, prepare and devise work schedules, according to workloads • Assign duties to team members • Support training and development of the team
