• Job Details: Commissioning and startup of H-V wire rod mill line.  Commissioning and startup of a new re-bar Direct Rolling Bundling line (DRB).  Prepare a failure report immediately after any accident including full analysis for the failure, cause, situation, and action should be done and reported to the responsible.  Laser Alignment for various types of pumps and gear boxes by SPM device.  Prepare maintenance plan which includes on (different measurement, greasing plan and daily inspection reports)  Prepare spare part list for all equipment’s with taking in the consideration the Installed QTY, Consumption rate and the minimum stock.  Monitor spare parts inventory, issue and approve the requisitions for the needed spare parts Via SAP.  Established the standard procedures and operations instructions and implementation per ISO integrated standards.
