(KSA- DAMMAM) Client: PepsiCo, Saudi Snacks food ltd Dammam. Project Title PHASE-A, B Platforms in 3 Stations for Lays Production in Riyadh and Dammam plants. Position Held: AUTOCAD DESIGNER & HEALTH AND SAFETY OFFICER Job Responsibilities: Preparing drawing for phase A&B and making adjustable modification for existing platform and providing comments if varies with Contractual Requirements. As a Design Engineer it’s necessary to look up for Employers satisfaction towards work. Assisting Chief Electrical Design Engineer for the progress of Project. Guiding the Contractor’s as per the Employers Requirements. Designing of 2X25 OHE layout plan as per survey data in AutoCAD. Design Verification. Preparation of Typical Fencing Layout and Anti Climbing, Survey data. Simulation studies. Documents controller. Design/Interface meetings with Contractors to expedite the Design Work. Interfacing with Contractors to make sure the completion of work in due time as per CCP. Preparation of Monthly Progress Report, Weekly Report. Monitoring the progress of work in Design Office. Preparation of letters subject to Observations on contractual Submissions/Design Submissions/Delay in submissions etc. Supply and installation of platform on site and assuring complete safety of each employee. PROJECTS HANDLING: (KSA- DAMMAM) Client: PepsiCo, Saudi Snacks food ltd Project Title CARTON OUTER CASES FEEDING PLATFORM DAMMAM. Job Responsibilities: Preparing design and drawing for carton outer case layout as per survey data. Assisting project manager for the progress of Project on site. Managing all the blue prints and providing 3D and 2D plans with help of AUTOCAD. Providing final diagram in solid work and explaining the complete design. Giving up to date of diagram designing and helping technical people and explaining the blueprint. Project Title ‘’AUTOMATION PROJECT’’ Period: From’ 16 to TILL DATE’ Client: PepsiCo, Saudi Snacks food ltd Riyadh, KSA Position Held: Health and Safety Officer Job Responsibilities: To create and maintain a safety management system to ensure safety of equipment, environment and people. Educating and creating an awareness of safety ensuring safety equipment is in place. Maintaining safe working environment in the plant in collaboration with all HODs. Ensuring availability of personal protective equipment to all employees. Investigating accidents and initiating corrective/preventive action to eliminate unsafe conditions and unsafe acts. Conducting safety committee meetings and reviewing / implementing the recommendations made. Imparting necessary safety training to employees. Reporting monthly to unit head on safety related matters. Meeting statutory safety and environmental requirements as applicable. Conducting safety training / tool box talks at regular basis. Management of work place safety, Safety induction. Providing Safe Access/ egress to all the employees Implementing all Constructional related Safety Procedures Strictly following PTW system Safety related to handling and usage of compressed gas cylinders Maintaining good housekeeping all the time Regular in terms of implementing safety programs like LOTO, JHA, and HAZCOM. These activities are helping me possible to achieve Zero Accident Performance.
