• Job Details: Hands on experience in HRMS modules like Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, OLM, OTL, AME and I-Recruitment.  Preparation and updating of Functional Design (MD.050), Fit/GAP Analysis (BR.040), Conversion Design (CV.040), CRP and Go-Live Test Scripts (TE.040) documentation using AIM standards for HR, SSHR and Oracle Payroll.  Strong command on Core HR, Payroll, OTL, SSHR and I-Recruitment configurations in the organization.  Maintaining good communications while dealing with management to meet the requirements in HRMS modules.  Continuously preparation and updating of Oracle E-Business Suite BR100 by time to time.  Expertise in writing and modification of Fast formulas used in Oracle Payroll and Oracle Time and Labour.  Good knowledge of tables and programming in HRMS module (SQL Commands).
