• Job Details:Pump tear down and inspection, selection of repair requirements and methods, cost control, quality control, customer interface and quotation support. Work is performed primarily for the water and waste water industry in the field and at the PumpMan facility. Performing routine required maintenance, repairs, SAMM; Condition based monitoring repairs and maintenance actions. These activities include but are not limited to; correcting leaks, packing valves, greasing fittings, glands, bearings and reach rods. The incumbent shall be fully capable of overhauling, repairing and rebuilding valves, pumps, reach rods, packing glands and stuffing tubes. The incumbent is required to be proficient in the performance of shipboard engineering casualty drills, fire drills, and collision drills, performing all duties as assigned. The incumbent must have the ability to perform assigned duties and carry out instructions safely and efficiently. Duties also include sales support such as equipment inspection and advising management and customer on repair methodology and job estimates. Carry out all phases of disassembly, diagnosis, repair, reassembly and testing is ideal.

Mechanical Maintenance Full Time

• Job Details:Supervises, coordinates and participates in the preventive, predictive, troubleshooting and shutdown maintenance to gas plant , refinery and petrochemical plant equipments assigned in field, covering gas turbine units, steam turbines, multistage pumps, centrifugal compressors, reciprocating compressors etc. Having hands on experience in start up, commissioning, stability and steady states and shutdown activities of rotating and static equipments. Having hands on experience with critical rotating equipments-Pumps, Centrifugal compressors, reciprocating compressors, Gas turbines and Steam turbines. Capable of complete overhauling of rotating equipments including replacement of rotors, dry gas mechanical seals, bearings, bushings, couplings, also preparing of maintenance logs, work reports, using vendor manuals and drawings. Experienced in components removal including rigging, lifting, and installation. Complies with Health, Safety and Environment Management System and also promotes awareness of its use among all department personnel. Prepares the list of spares, tools and other materials required for the maintenance jobs and issues the Purchase/Materials requisitions for the Section Head approval. Conducts Toolbox meetings with subordinates for discussing safety and methods of completing job tasks. Well performing in machinery alignments and Vibration data collection. Organize the work methodically and takes initiative, Personal initiative high for job skills and trouble shooting excellent and gives good technical inputs. Updates the equipment Data, History and Maintenance records in CMMS system.

Mud Plant Assistant Supervisor Full Time

• Job Details: Implements and promotes the company health, safety and environmental policy, procedures, regulations and objectives.  Samples and analyzes drilling mud at regular intervals.  Calculates and reports the daily low gravity solids percentages.  Tests Oil Based Mud (OBM) upon receiving and sending to mud plant.  Ensures the mud testing equipment is available on location.  Reports the daily and cumulative mud utilization and cost.  Maintains an inventory of material and equipment. Identify immediate mechanical problems, solves the same and implements a preventative maintenance program
