• Job Details:• Set and review asset maintenance strategies, programs, and directives to ensure compliance with vendor recommendations, codes, standards, and best practices. • Developing and implementing the mechanical integrity and quality assurance (MIQA) system has substantially enhanced the company's operational efficiency. • Monitoring the KPIs for the maintenance department to assess the efficiency of the department. • Managed a 1.4 million USD calcium chloride plant ramp-up project, examining rotary equipment for thorough technical requirements and compliance with standards such as API, ISO, and ASTM codes, increasing plant output from 90 to 135 T/D. • Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for the rotating assets as per the RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and improved the plant reliability. • Create an inventory list of all essential assets and equipment spares (operational and capital spares) with optimum minimum and maximum levels that fulfill plant-safe operating targets while also reaching optimum cost and order levels. Establish and report monthly, quarterly, and annual baseline MTBF, MTTR, and MTTF for equipment and spares based on SMRP best practices, KPIs, and ISO 14224. • Organizing the daily work and supervision on sub-contractors during the equipment overhauling. • Planned and gathered all resources required for all turnaround actions and ensure asset performance is retained for the rotating assets. • Participate in and lead plant RCA and RCFA. • Conducting maintenance and overhauling on rotary equipment according to Standards as API 610, API617, API682, API619, API672 like pumps (screw, metering, diaphragm, centrifugal single and multistage, and PVDF pumps) with auxiliaries such as mechanical seals (single and double seal), Screw compressor (Howden, Atlascopco, Ingerssoll), Centrifugal compressors (Atlascopco, York), liquid ring compressor (CHRAM), blowers (lobes, centrifugal), agitators, cooling tower fan, vessels, columns, and scrubbers.

• Job Details:• Conducing TBT with mechanical team for safety and PW system. • Review and improve current preventative maintenance (PM) schedules and hours. • Implementing HSE guidelines and safety precautions. • Performing maintenance on seaport machinery Pneumatic and hydraulic circuits in container trucks (CVS, TERBERGE, SINO TRUCK, and MOL), diesel engine (Volvo-Scania-Cummins). • Develops and implements project management practices, as well as makes recommendations to avoid future problems. • Create technical reports as needed.
