• Job Details: Preparing the Quality Plan at the start of any project.  Carry out the inspection activities as detailed in quality plans and as directed in specification.  Material receiving inspection as per certification.  Traceability of materials with respect to mill certificate for the receiving material.  Preparation of the required QC documents according to the client specs and QC procedures.  Review all quality procedures.  Ensuring the availability and compliance of these standards.  Review product and process non-conformance.  Coordinate and participate in the quality, QC and inspection activities.  Coordinate QC inspectors to perform inspections in accordance with quality requirements.  Review supplier and sub-contractor documentations.  Issuance of NCR for any standard violation for rectification.  Verify Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) According to ASME IX.  Verify Welder Qualification Record (PQR) According to ASME IX  Check prefabricated Joint Fit up (Dimension ,Root gap, alignment, edge preparation) According to WPS  Check prefabricated Visual inspection for welding Joints, NDE Examination According to ASME V.  Dimensional check for any structures and visual inspection of welds according to the applicable code.  Prepare and review the required documentation (dimensional, visual, NCR, painting, and MTR).  Maintain quality records.  Inspection of steel, tanks blasting according to SSPC ISO SA 2.5.  Inspection of steel, tanks painting according to SSPC.  Make sure that the old version of the work shop drawings are removed or stamped with cancelled.  Preparing the statistical distribution of cases of non-conforming products.
