• Job Details:Plan and carry out physical inventory checks in both periodic and random manners.  Review all additions/extensions and transfers to the main warehouse and verify they comply with inventory movement policies.  Designe storage layout after coding racks and stacks considering EH&S fire fighting points distribution, emergency exits… etc.  Run and record stock take and report status via Microsoft suit and ERP.  SAP Logistics /SCM project implementation support experience or support experience  Strong solution know how in one of the following areas: S/4 Logistics (MM, SD, PP, PLM, etc.), Extended Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, APO/IBP, ME/MII  Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems  Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner  Handling Import shipments from A-Z (including correspondences, L/Cs and banking documentation, shipping lines, customs clearance.  Well experienced in import activities, Bank, Customs, Shipping & Logistics & Liaison for Production, Planning.  Supervising all foreign purchasing correspondences, negotiations with foreign suppliers, L/Cs procedures, drafts and Letters of Guarantee, Booking containers for export orders, arranging shipping documents for export orders, follow up with shipping documents from foreign suppliers.

Finance & Accounting ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Key Responsibility: Manage, mentor and control overall activities of fiance and accounting department staff to ensure they perform their responsibilities professionally and ensure overall provision of effective financial accounting (accurate, timely, processs improvement, etc.). Deliverables  Preparation and oversight preparation of monthly financial statements.  Formulating annual budget, monitor quarterly tracking & reporting system with remedial actions.  Keep a close watch on all costs to ensure minimum of wastage and maximize Profit opportunities.  Prepare/assist in preparation of financial and operational reports, engaged in ongoing cost reduction analysis.  Create and encourage the involvement of team members within the department’s affairs.  Provide efficient and effective inventory management controls by establishing inventory policy that provides guidelines for the appropriate handling of raw materials, packing materials, finished products, spare parts, in/ out of warehouses including receiving, visual check, laboratory check, addition, storing, issuance, returns, disposal, and physical inventory count. As well as regulating work system in warehouses, in order to encourage effective management and internal control over inventory handling operations.  Establish and maintain accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for business operations.  Ensure the achievement of departmental objectives and maintain a documented accounting policies and procedures which contributes to overall company strategic objectives.  Exhibit effective training skills and providing job training and performance feedback to subordinates.
