Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain professionals, including managers, analysts, and specialists. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration. Data Analysis and Performance Metrics: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance. Use data analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions. • Job Details:Develop Supply Chain strategy for the organization.Ensures the performance of all Supply Chain activities with its different sections including Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Distribution and Return Plan, develop, organize, manage and evaluate the operations and budget of the company’s supply chain Control Supply Chain’s department’s budgets Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, or receiving Develop procurement strategies and maintain risk mitigation plans Set and Keep track of department objectives and KPIs Ensure adherence to hospital policies & procedures by all staff Selection of high calibers within the department budget & maintain harmonies working relationships Ensure timely purchase, receipt, storage for all supplies Develop stock control system, including quality levels, reorder points, & pricing level for all hospital needs based on accepted hospital & professional methods of purchasing & warehousing.
