System Engineer SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:1. Manage, administer and monitor the mailing system operations (IBM Lotus Domino). 2. Manage, administer and monitor the mailing protection system operation (IBM Protector). 3. Install, manage and administer mailing system user clients (IBM Lotus Notes & Workflow). 4. Install, manage, administer and monitor the backup system operation (IBM TSM). 5. Install, manage, administer and monitor the CCTV system operation (AIMETIS Symphony) 6. Design, Manage, administer and troubleshoot of a complex, large-scale, heterogeneous server environment. 7. Manage server and storage hardware design and implementation, provision of resources for the application hosting and end-user operations. 8. Server maintenance, upgrades and patching including hardware and operating system. 9. Install, administer and troubleshooting LAN/WAN, Pre Wi-max and PRI connection facilities including the coordination with ISP. 10. Install, manage, administer and monitor of 30 HP ProCurve Switches (5406 ZL - 2610) over 220,000 square meters. (What’s up & HP Pro Curve Manager). 11. Migration of Servers (IBM Lotus Domino, IBM Lotus Protector and Domain) from Microsoft Windows 2003 to Linux Red hat 5.4. 12. Install, manage, develop and administer Help disk system (Spice work). 13. Browse through application and OS log files to identify the possible case of an issue, take the corrective actions and develop the preventive recommendation. 14. Manage Tool availability by coordinating with the other product teams (exp: Database, DNS, Domain, Security etc...). 15. Develop deliverables, such as requirements documents, technical specifications, client reports, studies, solution analysis, polices, procedures and project/program evaluations. 16. Monitor systems and provide information and statistics relevant to system capacity limits on data storage, system utilization, etc. with enough lead-time to avoid system crashes and data loss. 17. Work on initiatives to reduce incidents, improve processes, and enhance production stability. 18. Staying current on industry developments and best practices and recommendations by communicating with peers, vendors, and industry contacts. 19. Supervise the Design, installation, and support all software and hardware required to provide needed functionality and security. 20. Supervise Install, tune, upgrade, troubleshoot, and maintain all computer systems relevant to the supported applications including all necessary tasks to perform operation system administration, user account management, and networking configuration. 21. . Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities. 22. Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies with IT Manager. 23. Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; initiating corrective action. 24. Recommends policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements. 25. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 26. Escalate Incidents and issues to the IT Manager, when necessary
