• Job Details:Responsibilities: • Controlling, monitoring and managing assigned projects or sub-projects • Followed up on targets, holding members accountable for achieved results • Ensure project documents are stating clear scope for signing them off • Change control and impact assessment for changes raised during ongoing project • Working with teams to automate processes and work dependencies • Perform Scrum master role at Agile running projects • Deliver project as per the defined milestones on the project plan • Control and communicate project risk and mitigation plans • Making sure that project is meeting the quality standard • Deliver project with proper sign-off with customer/stakeholders • Ensure that payments and invoices are collected and issued at its due dates

• Job Details:Responsibilities: • Work with sales and pre-sales teams on requirements gathering • Deliver draft plan for leads in order to simplify sales processes • Make sure that project is delivered as per the scope, plan, and budget • Building web content management capability and transactional websites • Issues CRs for customers with the impact areas • Ensuring that all project requirement documentation is complete and approved • Coordinate between team members to deliver high quality projects • Supervise on outsourced projects and work closely with third party suppliers • Make sure that project is closed properly with required paper documents signed • Provide periodical report for senior management and customer • stakeholder engagement often involving senior government officials
