• Job Details:• Performing audit procedures for the financial statements sections according to the international Auditing Standards to ensure that company’s financial statements are fairly presented. • Assess and test the internal control environment and report weaknesses to Client's management. • Apply analytical procedures to financial data. • Ensure all clients’ deliverables are prepared on a timely basis to a high technical standard and presentation quality (including draft financial statements, management letter and other client communications). • Lead Audit team members. Excellent analytical skills include detailed analytical review at the account level and overall analytical review at the financial statements’ accounts level.  Ability to perform “budget to actual results” comparison and investigate the variances with excellent reporting skills.  Excellent knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS),and Egyptian Accounting Standards (EAS).  Excellent knowledge about preparing the financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Egyptian Accounting Standards (EAS).  Preparing the consolidated financial statements in accordance With International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Egyptian Accounting Standards (EAS)  Ability to design and execute planning, review and substantive audit procedures. Ability to assess the internal control at the entity’s level and at each class of transaction level  Design audit procedures to identify control risk, inherent risk and fraud risks  High level of ability to scrutinize and analyze the flow of transactions to determine the weakness points and provide recommendations for redemption.  Good knowledge about the Egyptian Tax Law in addition to ability to review both current and deferred tax calculations.
