Compensation & Benefits · Design & update the Group salary structure and apply remuneration plans that are in line with the Group policies, local labor market situation & competition, and manage the merit increase process in addition to monitoring Compa ratio in organization and job maintenance in order to ensure fairness in payment and competitiveness to the labor market. · Plan and direct Group Fringe Benefits by conducting Fringe Benefits Surveys in accordance with the grading structure in order to continuously attract, motivate, and retain employees · Control the Group HR budget (Payroll, Bonus, Incentives, commission, Benefits, Etc.) and manage the different activities (JP, LE...) according to the company strategy by validating the Actuals versus Budget with the financial teams, revising, & approving the monthly payroll transfer to ensure best utilization of the allocated budget and monitor the deviations. Operations & Legal Affairs: · Control the facility/plant buildings by following up on respecting the procedures regarding company assets, security, and people safety and providing an acceptable service level (hospitality & cleaning of all factory areas, respect of safety rules, respect of hygiene rules, appearance & uniform) to provide working conditions that make SAICO a great place to work for & insuring of the equity in the different company departments and locations. · Assure that all the personnel & operational HR activities relevant to social insurance, labor law, military service authority, and health authorities are complying with the law & regulations to be implemented in a smooth manner for the plant employees & out premises employees. Internal Communication: · Monitor and plan for the internal communication activities by sharing regularly the relevant information to people using support (information boards, newsletter, e-mail, etc.) & building a strong relation with the labors to maintain a professional healthy social atmosphere in the Group that leads to generating a high teamwork spirit. · Assure proper communicate with new & existing employees by the implementation of the company handbook & developing /or maintaining company orientation program for new comers to ensure well integration with the industrial teams and clear processes.
