• Job Details:• Managed a Quality Assurance team of 7 including 3 Junior Executives. • One of the certified Internal Auditors. • Incoming Raw material, In process and final inspection. • Preparation of MSDS and Certificate of Analysis. • Maintaining documents regarding QC inspections and QMS. • Coordinated with other departments as well as senior management for addressing any area of concern to ensure quality. • Coordinate with Third Party Inspection service appointed by the customer. • Responsible for handling equipment calibration and maintaining records. • Responsible for testing Master batch (physical and chemical) and approval for further process. • Handling Customer Complaints and taking necessary Corrective action. • Equipment handled: DSC, FTIR, TGA, MFR, Ford Cup & Krebs Viscometer, Rheometer & Abrasion Tester, Universal Testing Machine, Specific Gravity Meter, Multicell Air Ageing Oven & Muffle Furnace, Melting Point Apparatus, Profile Projector. • Co-leader of Cross Functional Team (CFT). • In-charge of Formula Validation.
