• Job Details:Strategy setting : Setting brand strategy, vision, development and expansion plans. - Developing short and long terms goals and annual plans, with an ongoing evaluation. - Managing and responsible for P&L. Retail & Wholesale business management: Responsible for planning and driving concept's retail operations to ensure maximum sales , maximum profitability, optimum stocking, increase in customer satisfaction and continued business growth. - Monitor sales progress, discount strategy and manage the brand positioning in the market. - Approving new store locations, selecting best ones for sales growth. - Developing relationships with agents, adopting special products to give a push for sales and promote brand. - Develop and implement tailor made promotional/discount programs for all product categories, and ensure that they are in line with overall strategy. - Analyzing sales, break-even points, margins and profits. Marketing and PR : Managing all PR activities which includes monitoring the website, social activities, planning events and bloggers day. - Directing and managing collections presentation. - Develop, manage and approve the sales and marketing collaterals (flyers, posters, brochures etc.) Product Management: Analyzing the market requirement and fashion trends to make sure that the brand is on the correct track. - Oversee the design , giving direction of market and materials. - Achieving target strategy planning with the sales team, motivate them to increase sales. - Finalize and approve all final manufacturing costs and selling prices for the company. HR and Man management: -Managing and directing Dubai office team, brand team, Marketing, design (Italy team) manufacturing (Egypt team) and various sourcing offices in US, Turkey, China and India. - Manage, engage, train, motivate and guide team and ensure the top-down implementation of the same. - Hiring key positions in the company to increase the strength of the team. Stock Management: - Ensure effective Inventory and Warehouse management (order management, stock consolidation, movement and transfer, optimum stock utilization, stock return and shrinkage. - Review and analyze stock and sales reports monitoring over and under stocks , implementing corrective action to be taken. Budget approval & Cost management: Find cost effective solutions and methods to maintain company cost to the lowest possible. - Approve budgets for various departments ( marketing, sales, store set up) to run with best efficiency.
