• Job Details:Electrical LV distribution (Indoor Design - Lighting & Small power distribution). Telecommunication Systems Design Drawings and Bill of Quantities. Preliminary Electrical Power Loads Demand Estimation for Residential & Commercial Buildings. LV & MV Single line diagrams and its supporting calculations for:  Panel boards normal and emergency load demand calculations.  Protective devices ratings - Voltage drop calculations - Feeders sizing calculations - Short circuit level calculations for panel boards.  Cable Routing Layouts & Raceway Systems Selection & Design.  Electric Space Program & Electric switchgear Dimensioning and Optimization. Analysis and Design of Street / Tunnels Electro-Mechanical Systems. Analysis and Design of Earthing & Lightening Protection Networks. Good knowledge of standards and codes dealing with subjects mentioned above. Planning and Design of Infrastructure Electrical Networks and dealing with the following:  Preparation of Load Estimation Sheets for different load types.  LV & MV network design.  Street lighting network design.  Dealing with Voltage Drop Calculations supporting all previous networks.  Preparation of all BOQ of materials. Preparation of All Technical Documents Related to the Electric Projects like Design Criteria, Design Reports, Scope of Electric Works (for all Design stages: Preliminary and concept and detailed), Man-hours and Level of Effort Preliminary Estimation for all project types.

Senior Electrical Engineer (Technical Office)Full Time

• Job Details:Main Job Duties & Responsibilities: Design verification and coordination as per the project scope with all engineering disciplines in the Office, site and the Clients including the Technical Evaluation of Technical submittals such as Shop Drawings preparation, Material Submissions, Method Statements, ITPs etc. Responsible to manage design / redesign of the project within allocated timelines and budgets & Supervising Follow-up alternation orders (VO) and ensure of sending required financial cost to assigning sides. Responsible to produce all the as built drawings and relevant submittals on time; provide supports for other engineering activities as required. Supervising subordinates and provide input regarding performance and to coordinate with other Departments like Construction, Planning, Tendering, Procurement etc. as applicable. Responsible for the accurate processing of submittals in order to ensure the correct products and materials are installed throughout the project. also manage the submittal log and coordinate submittal drawings with Subcontractors & Consultant. Responsible for ensuring that the project work stays compliant with specifications, building codes, and design instructions. Act as a link between Project management, Subcontractors, Consultant and Site engineers to resolve problems before they delay the project’s progress. Provide assistance to project manager, Elec. CM and all the Site stuff and supervise office engineering construction & Coordination with the installation team. Prepare site works documentation, writing monthly, weekly, daily technical reports and compare it with the proposed project time schedules. Preparing Quantity Surveying sheets according to progress & Bill of materials from 2D drawings according to site’s contractors and subcontractors ongoing works. Review and issue order to pay for subcontractors’ invoices & Supervise office staff for all administrative works that include processing and reviewing of progress payments for contractors.
