Project Control ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:•Selecting the appropriate techniques and sequence of events for a particular project. •Using specialist planning computer software such as primavera P3 or P6 •Monitoring progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work •Liaising with the site agent and surveyor throughout the process, making adjustments to project as necessary. •Providing advice and support on the development of specific project. •Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract. •Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities. •Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from site manager. •Participate in project meetings and discussions with the client as required. •Report to the site manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work. •Issue necessary programs to the subcontractors on site and check to ensure that their activities are kept in line with contract requirement. •Analyze subcontractors’ schedules and compare them with the Project Master Program. •Identify and report activities which have a critical or potential impact on the schedule. •Attend weekly and monthly progress meetings. •Make Analysis for Time Extension Request and got approval from RC Client for 5 EOT. •Make the revised baseline schedule as per 7 Contract Change Order and got approval from RC Client. •Generate ARAMCO PMS from Primavera and all reports with ARAMCO Standards. •Make Invoice and PMR for the Project. •Head of the Planning Department for the projects.

Senior Planning EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:•Participate in preparing, adjusting, modifying the Project Master Program in Primavera P6. •Update the Project Master Program and produce project progress reports. •Perform performance monitoring and control functions for specific applications. •Determine schedule dates for work activities within a discipline area of specialty. •Works with performing organizations and units to coordinate work sequences within the overall schedule. •Perform data analysis, identify problems and make recommendations. •Prepare schedule, resources, and quantity progress and performance reports and other reports as required. •Develop quantity installation curves for a specific discipline or specialty. •Identify and report activities which have a critical or potential impact on the schedule. •Prepare programs as required prior to the letting of subcontracts to arrange continuity of work for the subcontractors at the least cost to the project. •Issue necessary programs to the subcontractors on site and check to ensure that their activities are kept in line with contract requirement. •Analyze subcontractors’ schedules and compare them with the Project Master Program. •Attend weekly and monthly progress meetings.

Junior Planning EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:•Follow-Up the whole life cycle of each item since drawing release to fabrication till dispatch to site. •Presentation for the status of each item on daily updated database. •Resolving conflicts which stops the process flow of any item. •Monitoring Plans. •Make Scheduling by Primavera P3 for Manufacturing Works.
