• Job Details:Tasks and Responsibilities: -Follow up construction progress in the site and compare it with the project’s master schedule. -Applying the contract clauses during the whole project time on project parties and assure that all actions took according to the contract -Attending progress and technical meetings and issuing the minutes -Assisting project planner in reviewing project risk plane and managing risk assessments -Studying contractors claims with the contract administrator -Prepare weekly, monthly progress reports -Coordinate between all project parties (Owner, Consultants and Contractors) -Issuing and follow up site documents (Letters, Variation Orders, Contract Amendments, Site Work Instructions...etc.) Involved Parties -Amer Group (Owner) -ACE- Moharam Bakhom ( Supervision Consultant) -Redcon, Experts, Construction & Design, EMAK (Contractors)
