• Follow up and Preparing monthly/yearly HRO Projects calendar.
• Keep employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely manner
• Forecast budget for salary increases.
• Processing Payroll Transactions and the monthly deliverables on specific timelines.
• Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
• Compute wages and deductions, and enter data into HR information system.
• Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.
• Calculate and process the monthly overtime payments.
• Ensure that all departments/Branches are abided by the limit of overtime.
• Prepare all payroll related analytically reports
• Advise managers and employees on state and federal employment regulations, collective agreements, benefits and compensation policies, personnel procedures.
• Prepare monthly reports to provide the Finance Department & Human Resources Department (such as rewards or HR finance sections) all the data they need from payroll.
• Prepare paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel file
• Prepare and maintain monthly headcount report
• Responding and Advising by Emails/Phone on Clients’ Payroll inquires and Questions.
• Make a monthly meeting with Hr. Supervisor to compare variances between payroll and compensation budget which put before.
• Keep all Documents & reports in separate files to meet the audit requirements.

• Handling vacations processes and methods of its calculations.
• Implement and calculate employee’s financial rights and make assure from its items (accrued salaries – End of services allowance – leave allowance - penalties - loans) before transfer it to employees.
• Assist with HR reports including the HR Budget and provision for all employee-related benefits such as end of service, leave days, tickets and bonus together with the Finance team.
• Collecting data about expatriate and local employees, leaves and monitoring the deduction of unpaid leaves.
• Ability to work on all Oracle payroll, Compensation and Benefits applications.
• Running Monthly Payroll.
• Validating Payroll Data.
• Requesting and testing Oracle Payroll System.
• Coordinate in functional position Hierarchy, its design and Job titles.
• Handling UAT for HRMS System.
• Enhance HRMS oracle system.
• Assist in the development of new procedures related to payroll operations.
• Assist on preparing the monthly bank transfers to related clients on specific payment dates.
• Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records.
