• Job Details:o Supervise the planning function during construction stages of assigned project/projects. o Maintain the current and baseline schedule, analyze the effect of proposed changes and maintain the baseline change control process. o Maintain critical path and analysis of program to ensure project deliverables completion dates are met. o Identifying critical issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining impacts with various stakeholders and extracting related reports. o Prepare regular status reports and forecasts for concerned stakeholder. o Identify parameters of requirements analysis to define project outcome and metrics. o Evaluating project progress, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing solutions. o Leading ongoing reviews of project and developing optimization strategies. o Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management through meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. o Allocating resources and maintaining optimum progress. o Understands contractual matters, familiar with change control, Cost Control and Risk Management. o Preparation of EOT claims with implementation of standard methods of delay analysis.

• Job Details:- Projects: Jubail Island Development - Abu Dhabi - Job Description: 1- To supervise project schedule analysis and studies of problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities and recommend alternatives for schedule improvement to project team for discussion. 2- Delegating tasks and ensuring workers receive feedback. 3- Create variance reports and dashboards (Schedule Variance - using Earned Value Method (EVM)) at various stages of the project to analyze deviations. 4- Follow up project during various implementation periods and prepare updated schedules. 5- Supervise Bi-weekly reports, Monthly reports presentations revised schedules & recovery plans for projects in coordination with Project team for the Client Approval. 6- Supervise preparation of Look Ahead Schedules, Comparing the project actual with Planned (Percent/histograms/S curves) and provides corrective actions in consultation with Project Manager. 7- Preparation of extension of time claims with implementation of standard methods of delay analysis. 8- Understands contractual matters, familiar with scope management, change control, Cost Control and Risk Management.
