Back up for MHAC Admin, Finance and Procurement from May-2020 till now: • Receiving the Purchasing requests from all MHAC departments for the applicants like medicine or vaccines or any other related requests after the approval CMO. • Send to procurement team to advise for a quotation for the requests. • Creating the Purchase request (PR) after quotation approval from CMO to be approved from the concerned managers. • Maintain office maintenance needs according to the specification of the equipment and office supplies. • Creating the request for payment after receiving any services for applicants like medical referrals, medicine, or site needs. • Reviewing the vendors bills to confirm with Lab and Xray that the services had been received accurately. • Send to finance team for finalizing the request for payments (RFP) after signatures. • Receiving request for self-paying (GHAP) applicants to collect the services fees. • Collecting the fees through cash or card and providing the confirmation of receiving the fees. • Handle the Self-paying applicants the receipt of receiving the accurate amount according to the monthly UN rate. • Deposit the service fees in IOM bank account within the regulations of IOM. • Send the documents of the service fees to the finance colleagues on timely manners after the deposit and signatures for their process. RVC TB re-evaluation Focal point from Oct 2019- updated to be all UK project focal point in April-2021 till now: • Checking eligible cases for TB re-evaluation. • Assign their appointment according to radiology and clinic capacity. • Sharing appointment list with Senior Data Management Assistant. • Transmitting Repeated CXR. • Following up abnormal TB re-evaluation cases. • Tracking all TB-revaluation cases and updating tracking sheet accordingly USRAP Focal point October-2019-Mar-2021: • Receiving transmissions Data Medical Clerk IOM Amman. • Assign appointments according to clinic capacity on mimosa and extracting it. • Sharing appointment list with Senior Data Management Assistant. • Follow up PPs on cases to transmit it within KPIs. • Follow up on Medical Data Clerk for transmission after receiving the transmission Email from the PP. • Following up hold cases to maintain KPIs and updated system. • Tracking all cases and updating the tracking sheet accordingly. • Sharing yearly report with Senior Data Management Assistant. Vaccination Data Focal point October-2019 till now: • Tracking all vaccination records for all projects. • Maintaining accurate data between Vaccination Nurse Focal Point tracking sheet and mimosa system. • Sharing yearly report with Senior Data Management Assistant. Vulnerable Children’s Resettlement Scheme (RVC) Focal Point August 2019 updated to be all UK project in April-2021 till now: • Receiving transmissions from Resettlement Operations, IOM UK. • Register the cases on mimosa. • Assign appointments according to clinic capacity on mimosa and extracting it. • Sharing appointment list with Senior Data Management Assistant. • Follow up PPs on cases to transmit it within KPIs. • Transmitting the files through scanning hard file and extracting mimosa electronic file and uploading them merged into UKHO MOVEit system. • Following up hold cases to maintain KPIs and updated system. • Tracking all cases and updating the tracking sheet accordingly. • Receiving PDMP from Nurse or Panel focal point for transmission. • Transmitting all PDMP cases through extracting the electronic file from mimosa and uploading them into UKHO MOVEit system. • Sharing quarterly and yearly report with Senior Data Management Assistant. • Archive RVC files in both soft and hard copy.
