• Job Details:Spearheading the development and implementation of financial policies, systems, procedures and guidelines to ensure smooth cash flow, streamline budgets as well as establish stringent time frames and guidelines Establishing/enhancing strong systems and processes in line with business needs; facilitating financial analysis as well as ensuring timely/ accurate reporting to the upper management Analyzing key finance performance indicators and trends, such as financial ratios and cross division comparisons which, includes establishing financial benchmarks of acceptable performance and comparison of actual results to budget thus initiating corrective actions
