• Job Details:08/2021 - Current • Engage in pre-sales by performing demos on-site or online and estimate level of effort needed along with financial and technical proposals • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of the project. • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. • Review the project scope and accordingly develop a detailed project plan to monitor & track progress. • Follow up with developers to get development tasks done in time. • Enhance Business Processes by helping in business requirements analysis, define objectives of ERP implementation and transform organization processes at an optimum level to ensure these processes and workflow in their ERP solution are met properly. • Perform gap analysis documentation and provide complete documentation for tasks needing development. • Identify areas where the problems may arise and troubleshoot any bugs associated with the software. • Develop prototype to show the client a demo of their workflows and perform UAT to make sure it can handle required tasks in real-world scenarios, according to specifications. • Meet with projects stakeholders as a group and as individual to follow up on project progress, give direction and feedback. • Provide regular weekly reports showing the status of the project on-hand. • Provide cutover and post-cutover support.
