• Job Details:During the first 3 months, I had been trained how to deal with US and Canadian customers, how to use different programs, gained a lot of knowledge about TICO, and also flight information in general. During the last 3 months, I had worked as a travel advisor for Expedia company and I had mastered by the end of January how to multitask using the related programs and achieve high scores in customer satisfaction.
