• Job Details:Studying the turnover rates of the items and classification of spare parts based on the turnover rate. • Maintain and create all reports to be full coordination with the service center department to perfecting all required of parts. • Review the selling price spent on customers' invoices and verify their validity. • Parts invoice matching (categories - quantities - cost) according to the purchase order content. • Coordinate the daily stock transfer in /out between the warehouses and stores. • Optimize the stock level and increase the stock turnover ratio. • Review daily transaction and track balances of parts. • Forecast the trends in product consumption to provide the needed number of stocks and its turnover and engage in the forecast of supply and demand to obtain information necessary for the continuity of supply chain

Procurement Assistant ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Develops and implements strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels.  Sourcing and supply across a wide range of spend categories.  Contract tendering, negotiation, implementation. and management.  Identify cost saving opportunities that will enhance the profitability of the company.  Data analysis and reporting including monitoring mechanisms that identifies savings achieved by category and supplier.  Develop and build relationships with existing suppliers and create relationships with new suppliers.  Communicate to suppliers the needs and expectations from the company and monitoring supplier performance in line with KPI`s, contractual obligations, and service level agreements.  Ensure compliance of established purchasing policies and procedures. Conduct ongoing reviews of same and implement continuous improvements where required.  Supplier reviews and audits.  Develop a suitable contract database and protocol for ongoing supplier management including the ongoing creation and management of preferred suppliers.  Work closely with Accounts Payable to ensure a smooth workflow within the procure to pay process and lead process and efficiency improvements.  Assist in the development and achievement of departmental goals and objectives.  Perform any other ad-hoc task assigned by Superior or Management.
