• Job Details:1- Create / Review Overall Single Line Diagram for Substation. 2. Create / Review AC/DC Single Line Diagrams. 3. Create / Review HV & MV Cables Sizing Calculation. 4. Create / Review LV AC/DC Cables Sizing Calculation. 5. Create / Review Auxiliary Transformers sizing calculation. 6. Create / Review Zigzag Transformers sizing calculation. 7. Create / Review 220VDC Battery and Battery Charger sizing calculation. 8. Create ETAP Module for Substation to check all sizing calculation in the substation like Voltage drop study and short circuit/fault study. 9. Create Thermal study by ETAP software for Underground Cables (Direct buried or Ducts). 10. Review all RFQ’s for our scope equipment’s Like (GIS, Power Transformer, MV/LV Cables, Capacitor Banks, Auxiliary and Zigzag Transformers, AC/Dc Panels ... etc.). 11. Review all offers from all suppliers for our scope equipment’s like (GIS, Power Transformer, MV/LV Cables, Capacitor Banks, Auxiliary and Zigzag Transformers, AC/Dc Panels ……. etc.). 12. Review all PO’s for our scope equipment’s like (GIS, Power Transformer, MV/LV Cables, Capacitor Banks, Auxiliary and Zigzag Transformers, AC/Dc Panels ... etc.). 13. Review all submittal material for our scope equipment’s Like (GIS, Power Transformer, MV/LV. Cables, Capacitor Banks, Auxiliary and Zigzag Transformers, AC/Dc Panels ... etc.). Projects Executed : 1. • Job Details:1- My Duties in Technical and Engineering Side: Performing Technical studies as first I study all my projects RFQs and also make all the quotations for all my projects and after any project have Purchase Order (PO) I started to work the technical side also which are power system studies by using ETAP Software for industrial networks including: Load Flow, Short Circuit, All Protection Devices and Relays Coordination and Setting, Arc Flash and Motor Starting, All project has to performed according to the below phases; A.DATA COLLECTION AND VERIFICATION For All Drawings And Equipments. B.ELECTRICAL SYSTEM MODELING. C.ELECTRICAL SYSTEM STUDIES. . EXECUTED PROJECTS 1- Many Projects to SAUDI ARAMCO Company (Ras Tanura, Dhahran Plant, WASEA BULK PLANT, SAFANIAH, BERRI,JEDDAH REFINERY,.etc). 2- Many Projects to SABIC Company. 3- Many Projects to other sub Contractors Company Such as ( KENTZ, NESMA, MAADEN, MASCO, BABCOCK, ENPPI, AL LOJAM) 2- My Duties in Sales Side: Prepare Quotations For: Testing & Pre-Commissioning of all electrical Equipment for low and medium voltage Switchgear and MCC, Bus Duct, Cable Bus, Control panels, RMU, Power & distribution transformers and it’s measuring instrument for all companies according to ARAMCO Requirements or SCECO or SABIC Requirements. - Modification study for MV, LV Switchgear & MCC. - Electrical Specification study of ARAMCO, SCECO & SABIC. - Power System Analysis & Relay Coordination Study and Setting by using ETAP Software
