• Job Details:• Following up sales order of the company till product arrived to customer. • Coordinate with all shipping line. • Coordinate with all internal departments tasks related to the Commercial Sectors in general .(Design office, Accounting department ) • Prepare a daily status report for orders to the manager. • Coordinate meetings, conferences. • Attend meetings with the manager, taking notes, follow up on decisions and keep him updated • Working as a liaison between the chairman and all the Commercial Sectors reporting to him • Ticket booking and hotel reservation. • Setting up the Appointments for interviews. • follow up the manpower needs which the company need it • To do some business accounting, if necessary (invoices) • Dealing with customer (in French and English) to finalize deals. • Prepares reports, memos, letters and other documents o Receiving phone call, Typing, filling o Meeting & conferences coordinator o Management information reports o Following up emails (receiving & sending ) o Drafting letters and faxes
