- Follow up on drug labels design and randomization list according to randomization plan decided by the CRO.
- Ensure that the investigator receives the current Investigator's Brochure, all documents, and all trial supplies needed to conduct the trial properly and to comply with the applicable regulatory requirement(s).
- Check that the investigator is maintaining the essential documents for the conduct of the clinical trial along with accuracy and completeness of the CRF entries, source data/documents, and other trial-related records against each other.
- Oversee the clinical trial progress and ensure that the study is conducted and data is handled in accordance with the protocol, Good Clinical Practice, applicable ethical and regulatory requirements, guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures and project Gantt chart.
- Submit written report to the sponsor after each trial-site visit or trial-related communication (telephone calls, letters, etc…), include a summary of what the monitor reviewed and the monitor's statements concerning the significant findings/facts, deviations and deficiencies, conclusions, actions taken or to be taken, and/or actions recommended to secure compliance.
- Ensure drug accountability is maintained in the site.
- Communicate deviations from the protocol, SOPs, GCP, and the applicable regulatory requirements to the investigator and taking appropriate action designed to prevent recurrence of the detected deviations.
- Follow a CAPA plan related to CRO for audit queries or deviation reports.
- Follow up the procedures for manufacturing, dispensing, and return of investigational product(s) and ensure that they are safe, adequate and properly documented in accordance with local regulations and the trial protocol.
- Act as a part of the audit team for tech. support during audit for CRO and clinical sites.
