QC analyst Full Time

• Job Details:• Handling weekly visits with Ministry of Health inspector. Releasing finished products, receiving MoH releases & laws. • Material certification of suppliers for raw materials using Vendor & Assurance database • Pest control • Experience in chemical analysis of raw materials & finished products • Preparation of volumetric solutions, buffers and chemical reagents • Management of Reagents in lab • Familiar with microbiological analysis (Water analysis, bulk products and raw materials) • Performed preparation of microbiological media and testing • Performing instrumental analysis using HPLC, Infra-red & UV-Vis spectrophotometer with application of cGMP regulations. • Karl fischer moisture content, PH meter and conductimeter operation and calibration • Operation of dissolution and disintegration • Worked in cleaning validation and product validation projects • Preparing new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & analysis Standard Official Methods (SOMs) using LDMS • Reporting, analysis and documentation of quality incidents, lab out of specification and lab out of trend. • Routine water Analysis, including trending of results per year • Annual trending of in house manufactured products using minitab • Sending stability samples of manufactured and packed drugs at Egypt plant to be analyzed abroad throughout the year • Achievements: • Awarded AstraZeneca quality diploma for the development of supply chain maps for all AZ Egypt raw materials, it improved the visibility and control of supply chain of raw materials. • Participated in several Performance Improvement projects within QC Lab including: • Lean KPI analysis • Electronic logbook preparation (Reagents Preparation, Standard preparation) & executing the validation activities for such logbooks. • Familiar with several Lab Management software including: • AZ GQCLIMS (Global Quality Control Laboratory Information management System) • AZ Cosmos (Global Stability Management Software)
