• Job Details:Leading a team of 10 to 100 persons, within GfK Best Practices and standards, to insure the best quality, the client satisfaction and the employees’ efficiency. - Responsible of hiring process in close cooperation with Supervisor of Operations - Prepare for monthly meeting with Lead of CCC and Supervisor of Operations about problems, recommendations & new ideas. - Responsible for inputting Independents and Retailer data into company system for over 30 countries in the MEA region and France for around 35 product groups in the field of both IT and Telecom. - Clearing MIS-coded items and features in our database, this is at an international level. - Managing the department's daily business plan and the communication with the local teams concerning deadlines. - Responsible for monthly updating of questionnaires for Levant countries (Lebanon, Syria, Jordan & Iraq) to be sent to field teams in which to collect sales data of country panel shops. - Occasionally responsible for training some of the field team for Egypt, Sudan & Saudi Arabia. In addition to the training of several new colleagues.
