Job Details:• Continues Supply of different parts & Maintaining Parts Inventory for 210 nos of equipments (Doosan 2Ton to 25Ton Diesel,Gas & Electric Forklifts, Kalmar Lift Trucks & Reach Stackers, Linde Lift Trucks & Reach Stackers, Bobcat Forklifts, Case Forklifts, ISAL Power Sweepers, Haulotte Manlifts, Carryall Clubcars, Renaults Truck, Terberg Trucks & Trailers, AMI Truck Trailers, Meclift Truck Trailers, Bobcat Loaders, JCB Loaders etc) are running in the Qatar Aluminum(QATALUM) Project. • Daily Supply of spare parts for 400 nos of equipments (Volvo Wheel loader/Graders, Kalmar & Linde Reach Stackers, Grove Cranes, Terex Cranes, JLG/SkyTrak Telescopic Forklift, JCB Backhoe Loaders, Renaults Trucks, Scania Trucks & Trailers, ATLAS Trailers etc) to US Armed forces (Dyn. Corp) & UAE Armed Forces Equipment Maintenance Projects. • Provide Technical Support via Phone, Email & Meeting for company’s Products as well as Equipments running in the Projects: answer technical enquiries. • Responsible for overall parts Dept. operation & solve all the problems related concern Dept. • Purchase Parts from Manufacture & Vendors & controlling the Purchasing budget. • Responsible for shipping & Receiving Parts & Equipments. • Supervising parts & Equipments Personnel. • Filling of Manufacture Parts & Service Warranties.

Job Details:• Monitoring control valves with Pneumatic and motorized actuator entailing calibration and troubleshooting. • Handled proximity and solenoid valves troubleshooting, design & developed new control systems as well as maintained and modified existing systems. • Familiarization and troubleshooting of PLC system and PID controller. Calibration, measurement, inspection and testing of all type of field Instrument & control systems which are used in plant process area. • Expertise in handling Design, which includes preparation of PID’s Instrument index, I/O details, instrument cable schedule, preparation installation drawings, site sketches and control schematics . • Conducting inspection, managing the installation, commissioning, and configuration of wide range of PLC / SCADA / DCS systems, stand alone programming controllers and online analytical instruments. • Design PLC programs by using Allen Bradley (RS Logix 500), Siemens (S7-300 & S7-400), ABB (CODesys V2.3). • Design HMI program using Sematic WinCC flexible and SCADA system by using RS View earlier control view. • Familiarization with different types of communication devices like industrial Ethernet, Profibus, Profinet, Mod Bus, SerialPort, and ASI (Actuator Sensor Interface). • Familiarization with Variable speed drivers (VSD’s & VFD’s).
