- Train clerical staff on office equipment, policies and procedures, arrange for setup on new computers and logging of new employees in database.
- Meet with special interest groups or individuals on behalf of executives.
- Prepare executive responses to routine memos, letters, or correspondence.
- Prepare checks for signature and review.
- Prepare and develop a records management system; maintain and recommend changes to records system when appropriate.
- Interact with customers when appropriate and problem solve. Document complaints and develop an appropriate course of action. Report problems to executives when they cannot be resolved for attention.
- Support the implementation of the policy and the procedures of the administration.
- Evaluate policies to ensure they are in compliance with corporate rules and mission.
- Manage travel for all staff, and ensure accompany for the VIPs with all their Passports and Visas.
- Booking the flight tickets for all staff.
- Assist individuals in obtaining Visas and other documentation required.
- Preparations of all relevant visas (work/ Visit/ Tourism) & Residence permits or cancellation documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
- Assume full responsibility of all Visa & residence permits issues and operations remaining up to date with any changes to legislation
- Keep the passports of all stuff under my direct supervision.
- Follow up the unoccupied units owned by the company (Flats – Offices – Villas) and do the necessary actions to be rent by the advertising or communicating with brokers.
- Communicate and negotiated with tenants about the annual increase before lease ending.
- Follow up the maintenance process for the rented units.
