• Job Details:• Report to Senior Advisor of CIO. One of four personnel team responsible of building and updating the regular yearly IT Strategy, IT Plan, and IT Budget. o IT Strategy: Build an IT Strategy based on Business Strategy in order to Bridge the gap between Business and IT. o IT Plan: Form an IT Plan for coming three years. Track and monitor the execution of all budgeted types of Business Demand including Projects and Business Requests also IT and Enterprise Projects; and report the progress updates to IT and Business Senior Management. o IT Budget: Apply the bottom – up approach by collecting Business Demand and check the capacity of IT on yearly basis to construct the IT Budget. • Handling mega IT project which is System Stability that includes sub-Projects which are: o Business Expansion: Align the expansion of all IT Applications with the Business growth. o Archiving Policies: Set up the Archiving Policies on all IT Applications Data with the consent of Business owners. o Archiving Solutions: Analyse and reach Archiving Solutions for all IT Applications.
