Reviewing and Approving Submissions: o Ensuring the accuracy and quality of shop drawings before submission. o Managing revisions and approvals with consultants and clients. 4. Monitoring Progress & Compliance: o Tracking the shop drawings' submission and approval schedule to avoid delays. o Ensuring that drawings reflect site conditions and support smooth execution. 5. Problem-Solving & Technical Support: o Addressing clashes, discrepancies, or site constraints through design adjustments. o Providing technical solutions to ensure feasibility and compliance. 6. Documentation & Reporting: o Maintaining organized records of all drawing submittals, approvals, and revisions. o Preparing progress reports and ensuring alignment with project timelines.

• Job Details: Define and clarify project scope and Develop the project (plan- schedule)  Develop policies and procedures to support the achievement of the project objectives  Involved from the earliest stages of a building project, which can start with developing ideas with the client.  Work closely with client and users to make sure that projected designs match their needs.  Determine the organizational structure of the project team  Identify roles , positions and services to be provided by external companies  Coordinating activities across different organizational functions  Control a project from start to finish and work with a number of construction professionals, including surveyors and engineers.  Determining and taking corrective actions  Producing working drawings and specifications that the construction team works to.  Work in the construction documents and involved with designing new buildings.  Work closely with contractors on site, ensuring that works are carried out to specific standards.  Ability to coordinate between all trades “architectural, electrical, structural, etc.”  Regular site visits to check on progress, ensuring that the project is running on time.  Resolving problems and issues that arise during constriction.   In Interior field : - create boards/layout plans, attend meetings present FF&E concepts to clients. - provide information and make suggestions on availability of suitable FF&E as required. - co-ordinate receipt, delivery and installation of all FF&E.
