• Job Details:Coordination of operations, enhancement of market share, create client relationships and be responsible for P&L. I had achieved to increase the revenue of the region in this period from 100K to 70m. My position as Area Business Development and Operations Manager for , have helped the corporate to establish Business in E. Africa and fetch contracts in different countries in E. Africa. Duties and Responsibilities: • Setting up Legal Entities in the Country by obtaining license and approvals from the authorities in Kingdom of Bahrain and in E. Africa. • Setting up logistical procedures and Managing the Supply Chain through the appropriate Customs Authorities in operations meeting the corporate compliance and requirements of the client in time. • Contract, Project Management and Negotiation with suppliers, sub-contractors and clients as per the corporate policies and standards. • Responsible for P&L. • Project cost Control by Monitoring the cost of the projects in line with the contracts and Managing its quality and execution through Productline Managers and Project Managers, and contracts. • Enhancing Business in the area by setting up JV’s with Government and Corporate, deploying new technology through Sales and Marketing Team. • Assessment and Mitigation of Financial and Security Risks in the Projects. Asses the Project Financing and clients’ Financial position . • Preparing reports on Customer Satisfaction, Services Performance and Quality report, and Manage QHSE at Project sites.
