• Job Details:Project: IT Park for L&T’s E-Engineering Solutions, Vadodara Key Achievements:  Actively served as the part of team that worked on a 2 Basements + Ground + 6 Storey Office Building.  Evaluated, designed & prepared detailing of post-tensioned flat slabs of all the floors. Project: OP Jindal Global Law University, Sonepat, Haryana Executed the analysis and designing of a structural steel truss-concrete composite building frame for the academic block building with a unique architectural concept and structural framing that consisted of only reinforced concrete walls as the main lateral force resisting elements without the columns and also falling in the severe seismic zone 4. Key Achievements:  Headed a team of 3 Engineers. Project: ATC Tower & Passenger Terminal Building (PTB), Mumbai International Airport Limited Mumbai Functioned with the team that worked on check-in/retail area of the PTB. Examined the work approach/style of various MNCs in the industry viz., ARUP, SOM and CH2MHILL. Key Achievements:  Controlled several deliverables of the building going through a process of client review/approval for all the calculations and drawings before issuing for construction. Project: Business & Exhibition Center - Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar, Gujarat Key Achievements:  Conducted analysis & designing of structural framing for an auditorium with inclined columns and a grid beam system for very large spans of the roof viz. ~25m. Project: Hyderabad Metro Rail Transport System Key Achievements:  Successfully maintained coordination with all the disciplines.  Managed the issue of Bill of Quantities for all the external items to the costing team in the business unit. Project: Knowledge City Vadodara Phase – 2 Role: Engineering Coordinator Estimated and prepared drawings for schedule as per the construction team’s requirements. Key Achievements:  Delegated the work to a team of 3 Engineers + 2 Designers for successful completion of the project.  Functioned as Engineering Coordinator for the project with Basements+G+6 Storied Building with a Shear Wall-Beam Column Frame System. Project: Proposed Mixed use commercial project, Noida City Center – 1 Role: Engineering Coordinator Analysis Software: ETABS, SAP and the Mat Foundation Analysis and designed in SAFE Codes: Indian Standards Description: The proposed building to be constructed in New Delhi, India was mixed use commercial development which includes a hotel, serviced apartments and commercial retail space totaling approximately 2.1 million square feet of usable space in a single building with 40 stories. Prepared the bill of quantities and techno-economic indices as required by the business unit for bidding proposal. Key Achievements:  Developed the design basis report.  Conducted preliminary analysis/design and sizing of all elements of the building with pile foundations. Project: Signature Tower Kochi, 15 Stories Office Building Role: Team Lead Project: Implemented preliminary analysis for estimating the quantities. Submitted a structural bill of materials and techno-economic indices to business unit for tendering.
