• Job Details:• Formulation of policies and general supervision of Management team. • Coordination of Audit committee of the Board of Directors. • Project Analysis for specific cases. • Budget Coordination, preparation and reporting. • Constantly review procedures in all areas with finance impact, for improved efficiency.

FINANCIAL CONTROLLERFull Time

• Job Details:• Producing weekly financial reporting processes and quarterly management accounts. • Development of budgets and forecasts. • Provision of financial and commercial support to the operation. • Control cash management and development of financial controls and systems ensuring that procedures and policies are followed. • Provision of information and analysis to management. • Computation and remittance of staff tax,PAYE(Pay As You Earn). • Management and Implementation of all statutory obligations of the company. • Liaising with bankers,external auditors and other statutory bodies. • Oversee and checking of the preparation of staff monthly payroll. • Coordinate audit visits and ensure timely response to all queries.
