 Perform Risk Analysis for emerging business risk areas such as Violence, Cyber Security,
Pandemic threats, etc.
 Oversee day-to-day BCP functions and Projects.
 Train other company employees on the business recovery plan to ensure that everyone
knows how to react if a disaster occurs.
 Runs periodical maintenance tests to ensure that system recovery works properly. also
enhancing the current business processes to make sure the best strategies are being
used
 Liaise with BCP Coordinators to develop effective working relationships and documented
BCP
 Liaise with key infrastructure teams to identify gaps, set recovery time objectives and
convey

 Design, and implement the required decision making, Go to Market, change
management, gates, and controls to ensure the management approvals on the offered
propositions.
 Ensure full management visibility on the status of Key company projects
Oversees all aspects of the operational project/ activities that vary depending on size,
scope and require flexibility management solutions using planning, monitoring and
controlling processes.
 Responsible for co-ordination and completion of the operational project /activities and
will perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and
monitoring and summarizing progress of the project.
 Responsible for multiple operational projects/ activities at a time.
 Day to day management of project team personnel, communication with key
stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, as part of the Global Business
strategy.
 Includes direct interaction with a broad range of global senior, technical and functional
management and subject matter experts throughout the organization.
 Contribute to continuous improvement activities & find solution and alternatives for
operational obstacles
 Provides mentoring and guidance to Project specialists whenever required
 Manage the assigned CEO forums (Board & EC rehearsals, CEO operational meeting,
Managing Group A&C report) in a solid manner including setting deadlines, assigning
responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing the action progress and reporting
probably.
 Ensure the forums pre-reads delivery by enough time before the forum start time
 Gathering the actions points & ensure sending it within the next day & following up on it
 Prepare the pre-reads presentation on the agreed way & deliver it to the required SPOC on
the agreed time or upload it on the new automated solution
 Presenting Action Status in starting of the CEO operation, EC/Board rehearsal forum
 Ensure sending minutes of meeting within the agreed SLA of the CEO operation reporting
forum
 Ongoing follow-up on all actions related to all assigned forums
 Working closely to automate the management of the different CEO forums

In (FGF) Cairo university Egypt  I was a member of team who won the 1st prize of (The Middle Administration of Education) Football tournament in Giza -Egypt (Mar 1998).
