• Job Details:1. Responsible for stet up (production & quality issue) of Toll Manufacture 2. Responsible for Formulation ( releasing & issuing). 3. Innovation new products in the activity range as per product briefs 4. Responsible for developing current products in term of cost and quality 5. Developing Packing Materials. 6. Responsible for application of the audit plan on Toll Manufacture. 7. Raw material planning in coordination with Purchase department. Approval for purchase of raw materials, packing materials. 8. Plans, develops and implements chemical division policies, goals. 9. Ensure that the policies and procedures are being followed and the goals and objectives are met. 10. Takes corrective actions as necessary and personally handles difficult, sensitive and controversial 11. matters of Chemical division. 12. Coordinates and monitor activities of departments [Technical, Production, Sales, 13. Maintenance, Logistics, System’s Management etc.] to build and maintain operational efficiency and cost effectiveness. 14. Responsible for Manage all operations of the QA on site for all cosmetics products (by preparing and implementing QA Plans and Procedures. 15. Responsible for auditing QC activity through the proper system. 16. Maintains, analyze and updates quality records/reports and ensures compliance to quality’s document control procedures. 17. Lead or assist with project claims generation and support, gaining input from regional teams / countries and coordinating with other functions to substantiate claims. 18. Development of various reports regarding performance against quality indicators. 19. To assure the compliance with GLP, GMP and SHE on all cosmetics labs. 20. Responsible for quality reassurance in the market (Buy back Audit ) 21. Training of the personnel in the factory and Sales representative and Marketing. 22. React with trouble shooting in the different production sites 23. Responsible for deals with any complain from market and handle it. 24. Support in solving problems that affect the Quality of cosmetics products. 25. Responsible for testing all new PM, RM in our lab for launches or relaunches 26. Responsible for validation of all test procedures for lab analysis 27. Attendance of authority committee in EOS and scientific committee and institution. 28. Coordination with Ministerial authorities in the areas of fire and safety, environment, industrial approvals, product approvals
