- Job Details:1-Monitoring and ensure all facilities' in both camps for around 1500 person (Employees-Guest –Sub-Contractor) Food (4 kitchens-4 dining halls), Housekeeping, Janitorial, Conference rooms. Offices, landscape, pest control. Maintenance are properly operated and maintained and that proper processes and procedures are in place to demonstrate as such. 2-Review and approval the menu on weekly basis (Breakfast- lunch – dinner – Tea break-takeout meals) tastes, diet and basic needs of each nationality with different category such as Indian, Pakistan, Indonesian ,Arabic, South Africa etc... As well as Chinese’s according to scope of work. 3-Conducts frequent and scheduled/unscheduled inspections for receipt, storage, preparation, food hygiene, serving and disposal of food and food waste, accommodation pest control and checks to check adherence to accepted standards of sanitization and applicable HSSE regulations as well report and do investigation for any HSE incidents then support contractor on the clearance and closure of any non-conformance raised as a result of such inspections. 4-Ensure the contractors develop, implement, and maintain HACCP or ISO Plan and HSE procedures, Food Safety record for each food area as well as supervise contractually demanded fire/emergency drills. 5-Monitoring the cleaning services in the offices, public areas, accommodation units’ beds laundry, and ensure the deep cleaning schedule implemented on daily, weekly, monthly, basis for each camp. 6-Arranging for the refreshments and even special meals for Events and Special Occasions In and outside the camps as well Organize welfare activities at least monthly i.e. special or theme nights, movie nights, games and sports contest, annual celebrations, etc
